Add the ability to bind a GML conditional to a session property by allowing Conditionals to reference @const/... as the property. Fix a defect where the background image on a details GML view did not span the entire display area. Make Android like iOS in that booleans may be compared to "true", "yes" or "1" in GML conditionals.
